Shipping

 

Shipping time occurs after the processing period has finished. Time frames are impacted due to COVID-19.

o   (United States) 3-10 BUSINESS DAYS

o   (International) 6-10 BUSINESS DAYS

o   This time does not include the processing period

Please Expect delays during sale periods & holidays.

 

Returns

 

o   ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  Hair extensions cannot be resold after being handled, manipulated, or worn by the buyer. As a result, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

o   If you have placed an order, and would like to cancel your order, please contact us here before 9 p.m. on the SAME day that your order was placed.

o   Returns are only accepted IF you have received the wrong items.

 

International Orders

DUE TO COVID-19, SHIPPING TO SOME COUNTRIES ARE SUSPENDED. PLEASE CONTACT US HERE TO FIND OUT IF A SUSPENSION IS IN PLACE FOR YOUR COUNTRY.


We cannot ship internationally to a postal box or mailing center. A physical address is required. CUSTOM FEES may apply.  This is a fee that you, the buyer, are responsible for. Please educate yourself on the customs protocol in your country. Customs inspection may take an additional 1-5 days.

Lost/Stolen Packages

All Packages come with a Tracking number. 

o   We are NOT responsible for stolen packages. You will not receive a refund for stolen packages and your order will not be replaced.  If your package has been lost in transit, please contact us here

 

If you will not be home on the expected arrival date, you can request to have your package held at your local USPS post office HERE ; or, at a Fed Ex, DHL, or UPS Facility.
